Ruffles demonstrates Balloon Art at Clown Alley Meeting

Ruffles the Clown demonstrated some of the balloon art that she likes to do at festivals. They were the Ballerina and Alien in a Spaceship. This was followed by other members showing their favorite balloon art. Careful demonstrated his Alien Sword, Alto his wacky eyeball hat, and Lullabelle her balloon party game hat.
Mr. Funny Bones demonstrated the Bumble Bee and Hummingbird. Ruffles came back with many neat ideas.

Clown Prayer

As I stumble through this life,
help me to create more laughter than tears,
dispense more cheer than gloom,
spread more cheer then despair.

Never let me become so indifferent,
that I will fail to see the wonders in the eyes of a child,
or the twinkle in the eyes of the aged.

Clown Alley Birthday Party

Giggles & Grins Clown Alley out of Fairborn, Ohio celebrated their 18th birthday yesterday.  Lots of clowns came with their red noses on and some were undercover clowns in the plain clothes division.  Fun was had by all.  The clowns had their pictures taken and some clowns performed magic tricks, skits, and just some really corny jokes.  Ruffles shared her Gold Medal/Silver Medal routine with the group.

Ruffles attends Giggles & Grins Clown Alley Meeting

I (Ruffles the Clown) had a wonderful time at the Clown Alley Meeting.  After the usual meeting stuff Mickey the Clown entertained us with his Useless Skills Class.  Just imagine 20 clowns sitting around making pirate hats and swords out of newspapers, reminded me of preschool but then what do you expect from a group of clowns.  We moved from making hats and swords to trying to balance a spoon on our noses.  Some clowns got it and some just didn't.  Ruffles was one of those that didn't.

Earlier in the evening Mr. Funny Bones showed us how to make a Rooster/Chicken Hat out of balloons.

Ruffles & Giggles are clowning around today.  They are working on their magic tricks for St Nicholas Parish Party later this month.  They are having loads of fun.
