Ruffles and Giggles just love parties especially birthday, Christmas, corporate, family reunions, parades & festivals. Balloon twisting, face painting, skits, and clown magic are our specialty. Ruffles just graduated from kindergarten and is on to the first grade. Giggles unfortunately got held back in preschool but together they make a great pair.
